I then tried to break the shader so it would just draw the blended result somewhere off-screen, this works for just walking around and taking screenshots, but fails once a bunch of effects get layered together. Unfortunately, it's drawn with no filtering, so that's not a satisfactory result. I've managed to rescale the noise in the shader. I've tracked its drawing down to ScreenQuadScaled_t2.vso.
